I spoke about AI at ATD Cascadia 2024 on Oct 3rd!

My conference session, "Empowering L&D with Responsible AI Strategies" was a huge hit! We covered when and how to develop an AI policy for your L&D efforts with a worksheet and sample policy, what to focus your policy on, how to get buy-in and keep your policy up to date, plus some neat AI tools folks could try out right away! Here are the session materials. I had over 60 attendees, my biggest live audience. It was such a blast and the organizers did a great job of the conference. I had a chance to visit some other great sessions, too!
