My primary goal with any organization I work with is to improve the instructional and technological systems to reduce barriers to learning, performance improvement, and behavior change.
With 10+ years leading teams on learning and tech change initiatives for F500s, utilities, and hospitality, I specialize in translating emerging technology like AI, XR, and simulations, into scalable solutions that drive real behavior change.

2022 - 2025
Houston, Texas electric company: Led analysis, curriculum design, and development for a multi-year, $1.2M digital training transformation project updating 3 year apprenticeship in-person training for distribution controllers to a full scale, blended curriculum with ILT, videos, eLearning, simulations, training scenarios, gamification, and software training support.
2021-2025
SoCal utility group: Led multiple successful training projects from analysis to client handoff, including PSIF Safety & Regulatory Reporting, Financial Acumen, Climate Equity and Customer Outreach, Accruals Accounting, Travel Safety, Storage Leak Detection & Repair.
2020-2023
Nationwide sandwich chain: Led teams for a multi-year, $1.75M training transformation modernizing their curriculum, turning paper manuals and SME knowledge into a full scale training curriculum from new hire store associate to district manager level with process, operations, software support and more, including video libraries, sandwich builder simulations, POS simulations, scenario-based learning for customer service, managing people, and store operations.
